Remember:  This is an official entry form and all entries are time stamped.  Please do not enter past the cut off time.  You will be liable for entry fees, unless you scratch before the class draw. Please confirm your entries.  You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your entry and you should also print the entry confirmation form for your records.

Note from Sue Kitt (Show Secretary):  Please keep in mind that I work and am not available to take calls or reply to e-mails during the day. You may leave messages on the answering machine thru Wednesday evening prior to the show. After Wednesday evening please call me on my cell phone (509-840-5547). DO NOT leave phone messages on my home phone, or send e-mails, as I will not be able to retrieve them until after the show. Thanks!!

REMINDER: NCHA requires copies of the owner and rider NCHA cards as well as a copy of the horse's registration papers each show season.
